EMI is Equated Monthly Installment (or even called Equal Monthly Installment). It is called KISTA in nepali. This is the Euqal amount to be paid in Equal interval of time (1 month in EMI, as M stands for Monthly).

Annual Rate = Annual stated or quoted rate percentage.
No. of Year = The length of loan in year (or the time in year that the cash flow will occur)
Loan = Amount of Loan taken
No. of Payments = The number of cashflows in a year
